HOW YOU CAN HELP
- All non-cash winners are responsible for sales tax, registration fees, and background checks
- The winner need not be present to win
- Firearm winners must be 21 years of age or older and be a US resident
- Federal law requires that all firearm winners pass a federal NICS background check.
- If the gun needs to be shipped to another dealer, the winner is responsible for all shipping costs
- Winners will be listed on our Facebook page
- For out-of-state winners, the firearm must be legal in your state to be transferred
