HOW YOU CAN HELP
  • All non-cash winners are responsible for sales tax, registration fees, and background checks
  • The winner need not be present to win
  • Firearm winners must be 21 years of age or older and be a US resident
  • Federal law requires that all firearm winners pass a federal NICS background check.
  • If the gun needs to be shipped to another dealer, the winner is responsible for all shipping costs
  • Winners will be listed on our Facebook page
  • For out-of-state winners, the firearm must be legal in your state to be transferred
